Qualifications

• Familiar with standard cleaning practices and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping & Guest Accommodations: meet management standards, make beds, clean restrooms, replace linens, dust surfaces, sweep/mop/vacuum floors, wash windows, remove trash, ensure room confidentiality.
• Laundry Services: wash, dry, fold laundry, restock linens in Mansion and Guest Houses.
• General Cleaning: clean public restrooms and common areas for events and hotel guests.
• Guest Services: answer phones, make reservations, assist guests with questions.
