Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team at our resort property in Sevierville, TN.

This role prepares units for cleaning after guest departures and handles linen, amenities, and storage areas with a focus on safety and high cleaning standards. Responsibilities include assisting Housekeepers, delivering supplies, stripping and making beds, and ensuring a clean environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with guests, staff and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive team attitude required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for cleaning after guest departure to support housekeeping.
• Deliver and stock linen, paper products and unit amenities.
• Strip and make beds; assist with cleaning as needed.
• Receive, sort, fold, and manage soiled linen; maintain stock levels.
• Deliver requested items to guest units and maintain storage areas.
