Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Winter Park, FL is seeking a friendly Host to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure guests are seated efficiently.

You will coordinate with the kitchen and dining staff, communicate seating times, and assist guests with special seating requests while delivering top-notch hospitality. A minimum of one year as a restaurant host is preferred and a team-oriented, flexible attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant host experience.
• Strong communication with guests and staff.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using the online system in OpenTable.
• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and thank guests as they leave.
• When seating is limited, provide estimated waiting times and notify parties when tables are ready; accommodate seating requests when possible.
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room and relay messages to staff and managers as needed.
