Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to seating
• Manage reservations using OpenTable and relay waiting times
• Coordinate seating with staff and manage guest flow during peak times
• Serve as liaison between kitchen and dining room to relay messages
