Quail Springs Culinary (QSC) is hiring a part-time Host in Springfield, MO. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing seating, and coordinating with servers to ensure smooth flow.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, QSC operates five restaurant concepts across nine states with 78 locations. The ideal candidate has customer-service experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle reservations and maintain wait times.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Able to stand for extended periods and manage seating tasks.
• Strong verbal communication and friendly demeanor.
• Basic proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process to ensure an organized and efficient flow.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with estimated wait times, updating them as necessary.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table availability and accommodate special requests or reservations.
• Answer phone calls to take reservations, provide information about the menu or services, and address guest inquiries.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and elevate issues to management when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up the host area and preparing for service.
