Job summary

Quail Springs Culinary (QSC) in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Server to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and help ensure guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery and maintain a clean, compliant work environment. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
