Job summary

JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking a friendly Host to set the tone for guests from arrival to seating. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and guide guests through a smooth dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

This front-of-house role supports servers and managers, maintains a clean host stand, and helps with beverages and table resets. A positive, professional attitude and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating, reservations, and wait lists.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming host stand and entryway.
• Assist servers and management with beverage refills and table resets.
• Answer phone calls and guide guests through the dining experience.
• Promote JINYA core values and brand culture.
