V&E Hospitality Group is seeking friendly Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses to welcome guests and manage reservations. You will coordinate seating, balance sections among servers, and handle waitlists during peak times while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude upon arrival.
• Manage reservations over the phone and online platforms.
• Coordinate seating to balance sections and accommodate preferences.
• Manage waitlists and provide estimated wait times.
• Inform guests about menus, specials, and events.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean host/hostess stand and waiting area.
• Bid guests farewell and invite feedback.
