V&E Hospitality Group in Miami Beach is seeking friendly Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses. You are the first contact for guests, responsible for greeting, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth flow of dining services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
• Maintain an organized reservation system and record-keeping.
• Coordinate seating, balance sections, and manage waitlists.
• Provide guests with information on menus, specials, and events.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen about requests and allergies.
• Keep host stand and waiting area clean and presentable.
• Bid guests farewell and collect feedback.
