Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Host/Hostess to greet residents and guests warmly, manage the dining front entrance and lobby, and provide menus as guests are escorted to their tables. Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining front entrance and lobby, greet residents and guests warmly and welcomingly upon arrival, and provide menus when escorting guests to tables.
• Communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for their table; answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests.
