Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living in North Bethesda, MD, is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to oversee the dining front entrance and lobby, greet residents and guests, and guide them to tables with warmth and efficiency.

You will support servers and kitchen staff, manage menus when escorting guests, answer calls professionally, keep the front of house clean, and contribute to training the wait staff. This role offers growth opportunities in a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Compensation: $18 to $19 per hour, to commensurate with experience
