Qualifications

• Warmly greet and seat guests in the restaurant.
• Answer telephones, take reservations and messages.
• Available to work weekends and varied hours.
• Maintain accurate guest counts and wait times.
• Assist with Coat Check duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile.
• Answer questions about the restaurant and menu with knowledge.
• Clear, clean and reset tables as needed; maintain restrooms.
• Follow safety, sanitation and service guidelines.
