Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Clear verbal communication and interaction with guests in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely seating of guests.
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding menus, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area.
• Coordinate with serving staff and kitchen to ensure smooth dining room flow.
