Job summary

You will provide menu information, coordinate with servers and the kitchen, and maintain a clean host stand while delivering an outstanding first impression to every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment preferred.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication and interaction with guests in a busy environment.
• Remain calm and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about menus, specials, and policies.
