P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Maple Grove, MN is hiring for a full-time or part-time Host/Hostess to deliver an excellent hospitality experience and manage the restaurant flow. You will greet guests, seat them, answer phones, and provide accurate wait times.

Aufgaben

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take orders).
• Uphold sanitation standards at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas.
• Set and clear tables neatly according to company specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as required for each shift.
