Guy Fieri’s Downtown Flavortown in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a part-time Host to warmly greet guests, seat them, and support a high-energy dining team. You will coordinate with servers, maintain cleanliness, and help with daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to greet guests and guide them to seats with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and deliver welcome message.
• Seat guests, present menus, and coordinate with servers and bussers.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health codes.
• Accurately use POS and handle transactions as directed.
• Assist with daily line ups and service standards.
• Support team in a fast-paced environment.
