Guy Fieri's Downtown Flavortown Pigeon Forge is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Bar) to lead our restaurant, bar, and private dining experiences. We focus on FUN, FLAVOR, and FAMILY, and we need energetic leaders to bring it to life.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, overseeing staffing and service standards, and helping guests in a fast-paced setting. Certification in ServeSafe & ABC is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years leadership experience in high-volume food & beverage and bar.
• ServeSafe & ABC Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team across food, beverage, and service.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and service standards.
• Support inventory, labor, and cost controls.
• Be on the floor, in the action, coaching your team and helping guests.
• Assist with private events and group service.
• Keep things running smoothly - from POS troubleshooting to table touches.
