Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with all guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work; wear proper uniform including makeup, hair, and jewelry.
• Accept and book reservations; offer alternatives when desired times are unavailable.
• Communicate wait times and direct guests to seating or bar as appropriate.
• Keep floors and entryways clean and free of debris.
• Assist in bussing tables when needed to accommodate waits.
• Provide directions and assist guests needing help around the restaurant.
