Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with all guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Properly accept and book reservations and offer alternatives when needed.
• Calculate, note, and quote accurate wait times; direct guests to the bar for cocktails and appetizers if needed.
• Keep floors and areas clean and free of debris.
• Assist in bussing tables when needed.
• Provide directions and assistance to guests as required.
• Thank departing guests and welcome new guests.
