Job summary

Whiskey Cake Fort Worth, LLC is seeking a friendly and energetic front-of-house team member to engage guests and support reservations. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and help maintain a smooth flow during busy service periods.

The role requires reading, writing and speaking English, the ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to grow within the restaurant. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Fun, energetic personality and genuine care for guest experience.
• Prior restaurant experience is desired, but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, dressed in the proper uniform.
• Accept and book reservations; offer alternatives to fill gaps.
• Quote accurate wait times and guide guests to seating or bar as needed.
• Keep floors and aisles clean and free of debris.
• Assist in bussing tables when waiting times are long.
• Provide guests with directions and information; answer questions.
• Thank departing guests and welcome new arrivals.
