Qualifications

• Fun, energetic, and care for the guest experience.
• Prior restaurant experience is desired, but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and co-workers in a hospitable, friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and wear proper uniform.
• Accept and book reservations; offer alternatives when needed.
• Quote accurate wait times and suggest bar options during waits.
• Keep floors and aisles clean and debris-free.
• Assist in bussing tables when wait times are long.
• Provide directions and thank departing guests.
• Be knowledgeable to answer guest questions and address concerns.
• Answer calls and direct to proper department; inform managers on duty.
