Job summary

Sahara Las Vegas is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Server to join our high-volume team. You will greet guests, take orders, describe menu items and wines, and coordinate with the floor to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate is 21+, able to work fast-paced shifts, and proficient with OpenTable and SevenRooms. Must maintain health standards, manage payments, and support the team with a positive, hospitality-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain Nevada Food Handler Safety and Alcohol Awareness cards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of OpenTable and Seven Rooms Reservation System.
• General computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant and manage flow of reservations.
• Answer the phone, take, track, and organize reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS; handle payments per standards.
• Promote high service standards with hospitality and knowledge of the menu and wines.
• Maintain station cleanliness and communicate guest needs to teammates.
