Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, seating, and flow.
• Communicate accurate wait times and seating availability.
• Support pacing to ensure smooth service and guest experience.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management on availability.
• Monitor venue capacity and raise concerns to management.
• Answer questions about concept, menu, hours, reservations, service expectations.
• Escalate guest concerns to General Manager when needed.
• Maintain clean, welcoming host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow policies, appearance standards, attendance, and tip-pool procedures.
• Support teammates during peak volume to maintain quality.
