Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required.
• Prior serving or table-service experience required.
• Strong cocktail, beer, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Experience in a bar, restaurant, lounge, hotel, or upscale guest-service environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional hospitality from greeting through farewell.
• Take accurate guest orders and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Deliver beverages and food in a timely, polished, and organized manner.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and verify IDs.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
• Support seating flow and communication with the host and management.
• Assist with bar support, beverage service, and restocking as needed.
• Use the POS system accurately for orders, payments, and closeout procedures.
• Communicate guest needs or safety concerns to the Bar Lead or General Manager.
• Support teammates during peak volume to maintain speed and guest experience.
