Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Bartender to deliver a polished bar experience. The role combines bartending and serving, with occasional table service support based on business needs.

You will prepare cocktails and other beverages, engage guests, and maintain bar cleanliness and speed in a fast-paced setting. You'll need prior bartending and serving experience, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required.
• Prior serving or table-service experience required.
• Strong cocktail, beer, wine knowledge and guest-service skills.
• Experience in high-volume bar/restaurant or upscale setting.
• Able to multitask and support teammates during peak volume.
• Able to work late nights, weekends, and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide warm, attentive hospitality to bar guests and seated guests as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and safety practices.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and organized; complete opening/closing duties.
• Support bar setup, restocking, batching, glassware, and service flow.
• Use POS system for orders, payments, tabs, transfers, and closeouts.
• Communicate guest needs or safety concerns to Bar Lead or GM.
• Support teammates during peak volume to maintain speed and quality.
