Job summary

Starfish Hospitality Group is seeking a Host to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. We are expanding our Asian Coastal Cuisine concept across our restaurants and catering division, with a focus on hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities include answering phones, managing reservations, quoting wait times, and supporting take-out orders. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior host experience is preferred and a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous host experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Be able to work in a standing position for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner.
• Organize and accommodate guest reservations and requests.
• Accurately quote wait-times to guests.
• Facilitate take-out and delivery order fulfillment.
• Able to speak knowledgeably about the restaurant and our offerings.
• Side-work as assigned.
