Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience required.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests warmly and escorts to a table, balancing flow among stations.
• Manages seating rotation and party size to optimize service efficiency.
• Answers phones and takes reservations; provides menu and server information.
• Relays guest seating information to servers and bus staff; ensures clean menus and stock of supplies.
• Maintains a clean, organized host stand and restocks as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
