Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Experience using Point of Sale systems.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately upon their arrival.
• Engage with guests while walking them to their table.
• Manage waitlists and reservations for the restaurant.
• Take to-go orders and process payments using the Point of Sale system.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Assist with bussing tables as needed.
