Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Triadelphia, WV is seeking a friendly Greeters/Host to create a welcoming first impression and manage seating. You will handle phone inquiries, take-out orders, and ensure fast, hospitable service for dine-in and To-Go Fans.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read English.
• Good communication skills and people-oriented approach.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and courteous; able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to operate a POS system for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean image.
• Provides a warm greeting to Fans including door opening when possible.
• Answers the phone with a friendly greeting within 3 rings.
• Handles take-out and call-in orders; educates Fans on retail items and keeps areas stocked.
• Ensures an exceptional To-Go experience, including possible delivery to the restaurant parking lot.
• Seats Fans promptly following floor chart and seating policy.
• Uses a wait management system to manage restaurant flow.
• Attends to Fans with children and provides Kid's Pack or accessories as needed.
• Checks restrooms for cleanliness and supplies every 20 minutes.
• Balances cash drawer as needed and adheres to safety procedures.
