Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome Fans at the door and on the phone, ensuring fast service and great hospitality for dine-in and To-Go guests. You will handle seating, take-out orders, and assist with merchandise while maintaining a clean, cheerful environment.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with basic math, can multitask, and can operate a point-of-sale system. This role supports our iconic Pittsburgh brand with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong communication and hospitality.
• Able to multitask while providing friendly service.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Able to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans warmly at the door or on the phone to create a welcoming experience.
• Handle take-out and call-in orders and assist with retail items.
• Seat guests promptly and manage wait times with the floor plan.
• Assist with To-Go orders, packaging, and delivering to specific areas if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat appearance; balance cash drawer as needed.
