Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome guests and help manage dining room flow. You will assist with phone take-outs and provide friendly hospitality for dine-in or To-Go service.

The role emphasizes a positive, energetic attitude, strong English communication, and basic math for cash handling. Training includes POS operation and teamwork with Coaches for a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Able to operate POS system for transactions.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, professional image.
• Provides a warm and welcoming greeting to Fans and opens doors when possible.
• Answers the phone with the correct greeting and within 3 rings.
• Handles take-out and call-in orders, rings orders, and educates Fans on retail items.
• Ensures an exceptional To-Go experience, including possible delivery to the restaurant parking lot.
• Seats Fans promptly following the Floor Chart and manages wait flow.
• Attends to Fans with children and prepares Kids Packs or highchairs as needed.
• Balances cash drawer as needed and adheres to safety policies.
