Job summary

Primanti Bros. in Pittsburgh is seeking friendly Greeters to welcome guests and manage the flow of the restaurant. You will handle take-out orders, assist customers, and help deliver a warm, efficient, and hospitable dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, handling orders, and maintaining cleanliness. You will be part of a team that prioritizes guest satisfaction and smooth service.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans warmly at the door or on the phone and provide fast service.
• Answer the phone with a friendly greeting and within 3 rings.
• Handle take-out and call-in orders; ring orders and package appropriately.
• Educate Fans on retail items and keep greeting station stocked.
• Ensure a great To-Go experience, including possible delivery to the restaurant parking lot.
• Seat Fans promptly according to the floor plan and manage wait flow with the system.
• Assist Fans with children by providing Kid’s Pack or seating aids as needed.
• Maintain restrooms cleanliness and supplies every 20 minutes.
• Have menu knowledge and assist with questions.
• Assist in bussing, pre-busing, and cleaning tables as needed.
• Communicate questions or concerns to Coaches.
• Balance cash drawer as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies; complete opening/closing checklists.
• Perform other duties per Coach request.
