Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Host preferred.
• Working knowledge of OpenTable and POS preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Accurate cash handling and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
• Seat guests, manage seating chart, ensure smooth flow.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting list.
• Manage reservations using OpenTable.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries politely.
• Handle takeout and delivery orders.
• Package orders carefully for transport.
• Process takeout payments and reconcile sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
