Responsibilities

• Presents self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times.
• Checks orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered.
• Delivers food orders with appropriate garnishments.
• Delivers food orders timely and, where multiple guests involved, at the same time.
• Communicates important information to guests and servers.
• Responds to guests’ requests for condiments or other items.
• Continually clears away dishes and debris from stations.
• Knows table numbers and the restaurant layout to ensure prompt service.
• Brings guests’ inquiries about food allergies to the Manager’s attention.
• Ensures station is suitable and meets company standards.
