Job summary

Soda Club Denver is seeking a friendly Host to warmly welcome guests at The Ramble Hotel in RiNo. You will manage reservations, walk-ins, and the floor plan to ensure guests are seated smoothly and promptly.

Ideal candidates have prior host or guest-facing hospitality experience, with strong communication and attention to detail. Evening and weekend availability is required; familiarity with SevenRooms or Resy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous hosting or guest-facing hospitality experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with SevenRooms or Resy is a plus, but strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine instinct for taking care of people matter most.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and walk-ins, maintain floor plan and waitlist, and guide guests from hello to seats.
• Work with floor manager and service team to pace arrivals, communicate guest needs, and distribute seating thoughtfully.
• Handle the door with warmth and judgment, quote wait times when needed, and explain seating options.
