Avion Hospitality Employee Services LLC is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and support front-of-house operations in a fast-paced Lexington dining environment.

You will greet guests, assist with reservations, coordinate with servers, maintain a tidy host stand, and help deliver memorable dining experiences while upholding high hospitality standards. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
• Manage reservations and waitlists to minimize wait times
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant and menu items
• Coordinate with serving staff to ensure timely seating and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed to support team operations
