Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Host-Cashier to be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing seating and waitlists. You will rely on excellent communication and multitasking to support a fast-paced restaurant flow.

In this role, you will greet guests, inform them about menus, coordinate with servers and management, and maintain a clean host stand. Prior experience isn’t required, but strong customer service skills are essential for

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage waitlists or reservations and assign seating for smooth service flow.
• Provide menus and helpful information to guests to enhance the dining experience.
• Communicate with servers and management about table availability and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area.
