Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and ensure a welcoming dining experience. You will manage wait lists and guide guests to tables, while answering questions about the menu and reservations.

The role includes supporting opening/closing duties and assisting with bus/cleaning tasks. Ideal candidates have a passion for customer service, a team mindset, and the ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in and passion for consumer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player.
• Flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach.
• Follow proper procedures as disclosed in Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items.
• Ability to work well with a team, prioritize, and show urgency for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Manage wait lists and communicate wait times to guests.
• Assign guests to servers and guide to their stations with menus.
• Answer menu, restaurant, and Bass Pro Shops questions.
• Handle phones and reservations as requested.
• Assist with opening/closing side work and table setup.
