Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Hostperson for Jasmine at the Bellagio to welcome guests and support dining service. You will coordinate reservations, relay guest requests to the kitchen and management, and ensure a clean, organized dining area with attentive service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant experience, is 21+, and can communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin. Prior OpenTable/SevenRooms and InfoGenesis POS familiarity is highly valued in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years of prior restaurant experience preferred as a food runner or server.
• Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
• Skilled in handling to-go orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in reservation management using OpenTable and SevenRooms.
• Experienced in operating InfoGenesis POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
• Answer phones and manage reservations with accuracy.
• Keep menus updated and inserts current; replace worn menus.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen and management for smooth operation.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas; manage table readiness.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
