Qualifications

• Experience as host/hostess preferred.
• Must complete a restaurant training course.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations.
• Escort guests to dining or bar areas.
• Provide menus and announce server name.
• Greet guests upon departure.
• Coordinate seating options with wait staff.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Assist guests needing extra attention (children, elderly).
• Answer calls and address inquiries.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
