Destination Hospitality Group is seeking a Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and support the floor to keep service flowing in our resort dining environment.

You will seat guests, coordinate with servers and management, and maintain a clean, professional host stand while upholding DH standards. This role includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with benefits and growth opportunities within the DH group.

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong memory for reservations and guest preferences.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet guests, confirm reservations, and provide accurate wait times.
• Seat thoughtfully based on server sections, pacing, and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand; communicate delays with empathy and accuracy.
• Manage OpenTable settings, notes, and turn times; capture preferences and occasions.
• Coordinate with servers, expo, and management to balance covers and handoffs.
• Assist with menus, waters, bussing/resetting to maintain momentum.
• Uphold DH standards for appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Friendly, professional communication; poise under pressure.
• Ability to stand, walk, and host for extended periods; nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
