Job summary

Oak View Group in Nashville is seeking a courteous Host for a part-time position. You will greet guests, check tickets, escort guests to tables, and help maintain a clean dining area. The role supports performance dining operations and requires strong customer service and teamwork.

This position pays an hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00 and offers benefits such as a 401(k) plan and 401(k) matching. The assignment remains open through November 20, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Previous Host experience preferred.
• Ability to learn to operate corresponding system
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
• Strong customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon entry.
• Check guests' purchased tickets and escort guests to table.
• Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate low-stock items to the Director of Performance Dining.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Position Summary
