Part-time role starting at $8.10 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts the following morning; ideal for individuals who enjoy helping teammates and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties include greeting guests, seating, managing waitlists, communicating wait times, coordinating seating, assisting with reservations and take-out orders, and supporting opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression by greeting and assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Seat guests efficiently while managing restaurant flow and waitlists.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate updates clearly to guests.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize dining room efficiency.
• Support smooth transitions between the host stand, dining room, and service teams.
• Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and to-go orders.
• Reset and maintain tables and dining areas throughout service.
• Monitor restroom cleanliness and overall guest-facing areas.
• Deliver food to guests accurately while maintaining presentation standards.
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery.
• Assist fellow team members to help maintain efficient restaurant operations.
• Support opening, closing, and additional operational duties as assigned

Field Day Brewing Co. is looking for friendly, dependable Support Staff to join our team! If you enjoy staying busy, helping your teammates, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests, we'd love to meet you.

As a Support Staff team member, you'll play an essential role in delivering a great guest experience by assisting servers, keeping the dining room stocked and organized, clearing and resetting tables, and helping ensure smooth service throughout every shift. Your teamwork and attention to detail help create memorable visits for every guest.

Field Day Brewing Co. is North Liberty's first brewery, known for handcrafted beer, great food, and genuine hospitality. Whether guests join us for dinner, drinks, or a special event, our goal is to deliver an experience they'll want to come back for.

Compensation for fully trained Support Staff starts at $8.10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.
