Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join the team. The role involves greeting guests, handling calls, and supporting front desk operations to maintain a fun, safe environment in our family entertainment centers.

Prior receptionist or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, reliability and ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable.
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person, email or the telephone.
• Answer the telephone within the 2-ring guideline and follow up on missed calls.
• Check, respond and disperse voicemails or messages to appropriate persons.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to reception desk.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying and transcribing.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
