Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take messages/reservations.
• Maintain accurate wait times when needed.
• Welcome guests on arrival and bid farewell when they leave.
• Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with guests and escalate issues to management.
• Coordinate seating to provide fast, courteous service.
• Occasional bussing of tables to expedite seating.
• Anticipate needs for scheduled special parties.
