Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Hostperson to be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will work closely with front- and back-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury setting.

The role requires strong customer service, English communication, and the ability to lead a team while managing reservations and seating arrangements. This is a dynamic, guest-centric position within a premier resort.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general restaurant operations is required.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant finances and budget considerations.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software systems.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at entry.
• Anticipate guest needs with urgency and courtesy.
• Bid farewell and invite return visits.
• Oversee reservations and pre-seating when needed.
• Optimize seating for balanced workload among staff.
• Answer calls courteously and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties per shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Rotate to other F&B outlets as required.
• Uphold Resorts World core values and standards.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device for job-related tasks and company documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
