Job summary

Thanksgiving Point is seeking a part-time Harvest Restaurant Host at Thanksgiving Point in Utah. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, answer calls, and guide guests to tables while balancing seating for servers. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Position is part-time with daytime shifts, up to 29 hours per week, and benefits including membership, 401(k) and more. A background check is required and applicants must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and thank all guests.
• Make reservations via phone and in person.
• Answer phone calls.
• Return messages for reservations.
• Walk guests to their table and manage seating flow.
• Accommodate special needs or requests from guests.
• Update reservation sheets for kitchen.
• Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
