The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring a Host in Springdale, AR. You will greet guests warmly, manage seating, and coordinate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Responsibilities include taking reservations via OpenTable, communicating wait times, and supporting the team in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility and strong guest relations.

Competenze

• At least one year of restaurant host experience is required.
• Ability to warmly greet guests and support staff.
• Excellent communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Positive energy and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Take reservations using OpenTable.
• Greet guests on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Manage seating, provide waiting times, and accommodate seating requests.
• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room.
