Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) in Arkansas is seeking a Host to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations via OpenTable, and coordinate seating with the dining team in a fast-paced environment located in Bentonville.

As the first and last impression, you will convey hospitality, handle wait times, and support managers while maintaining a positive, flexible schedule and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant host experience required.
• Positive energy and team player mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using the online reservations system in OpenTable.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank guests as they leave.
• Manage seating times, provide waiting estimates, and accommodate seating requests when possible.
• Act as liaison between the kitchen and dining room, relaying messages to staff and managers.
• Support staff and managers as needed to ensure smooth service.
