Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality background.
• Minimum of relevant host experience in fine dining preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong customer service, friendly demeanor, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to engage guests at all levels with warmth and professionalism.
• Good command of English, clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with hotel guidelines.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation requirements; prep for inspections.
• Answer phones, manage reservations, seat guests, and explain concepts.
• Organize host stand and guest entrance; keep menus clean.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items; report maintenance needs.
• Ensure high-quality table setups and timely guest service.
• Respond to guest requests to create memorable experiences.
